**Job Summary**:
A private not-for-profit organisation is looking to recruit a neuro-based exercise/rehabilitation trainer with experience of neurological rehabilitation to join our multi-disciplinary team. We deliver specialised neurological rehabilitation and pioneering exercise-based therapy programmes at our outpatient gym-based centre in Gatwick. As the organisation grows, you will have the opportunity to grow with it as we take on ground-breaking research projects, redefine existing post-hospital discharge care pathways and strive for a better future for our clients and community.

**The Person**:
We are looking for someone that:

- Is driven to reshape and reform post hospital rehabilitation opportunities for those with a long term neurological condition
- Has confidence in their abilities to deliver sessions to individuals with a broad spectrum of neurological presentations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on implementation of specialised neurological rehabilitation and exercise-based programmes
- Involvement in driving forward programme enhancements
- Assist in ad-hoc projects to enhance the awareness of the organisation and programme
- Assist in ad-hoc projects to enhance the experience of clients
- Commitment to improvement and excellence in the delivery of services
- Work with centre manager to engage further into the neurological community
- Some travelling may be required

**Required Skills**:

- Relevant degree level or qualification in any **Rehabilitation, Exercise or Sport related programme**:

- **Must have minimum of 12 months experience providing hands-on neuro rehabilitation**:

- High energy and enthusiastic individual
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
