Senior Care Assistant

Shifts
- 8am-8pm

To oversee/maintain the care if residents within the home.

To take responsability for the day to day running of the home, ensuring that all company policies and procedures and all legal requirements are adhered to.

Contributing to the safeguarding of adults, protecting residents from any form of abuse or neglect and to use the appropriate reporting mechanisms.

Auditing and updating care plan documentation.

Administering prescribed medication.

Maintain effective communication with the home manager.

Supervising visits and liasing with GP's in order to establish a good relationship between health professionals and the home.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
