**As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include**:

- **Efficient lead generation**: You will be at the forefront of day-to-day applicant management, where your skills will shine in generating viewings, skillfully negotiating property lets and taking on new properties.
- **Precise Record Keeping**: Maintain meticulous records on our internal database to ensure smooth operations.
- **Graceful Communication**: Handle inquiries from various channels, be it the Internet or telephone, with the utmost professionalism.
- **Guiding Prospective Tenants**: Conduct viewings with potential tenants, ensuring their needs are met, and diligently follow up on feedback to foster trust and satisfaction.

**Ideally, you will bring**:

- **Experience and Expertise**: A background as a Lettings Negotiator or at least two years in a sales or customer service-driven role, showcasing your excellent customer service skills.

On a typical day with us, you will:

- **Unearth New Opportunities**: Proactively seek new business through various prospecting methods.
- **Engage with Leads**: Respond promptly to leads from our website and telesales, leaving no opportunity unexplored.
- **Operate with Precision**: Complete all tasks in adherence to company procedures.
- **Achieve Targets**: Ensure you meet personal lettings/sales revenue and profitability targets.
- **Guide and Accompany**: Register applicants, accompany them on viewings, and skillfully negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
- **Ensure All Parties are on Board**: Secure landlord approvals and ensure all prospective tenants are well-informed.
- **Inspect and Document**: Conduct property inspections and manage inventories with precision.

Our office is situated in the vibrant E16 area, and while a driving license is preferred, it is not compulsory. Likewise, while experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
