What will you do working in our kitchen?
Preparing and cooking food meets Fridays standard of excellence, 100% recipe adherence, and adheres to product sensitivity and plate presentation guidelines.
Lives the Fridays Values and the Fridays Feeling. Inspires others creating a work environment where people are inspired to do their best.
Holds self-accountable to Friday’s Promise to the Guest and celebrating the Fridays Feeling. Exemplifies hospitality with great food.
When required, interacts with Guests in a positive, energetic and sincere manner.
Act as a brand ambassador, celebrating the Fridays Feeling in everything we do, say and serve.
Has sight of kitchen progress against food quality and other metrics determined by Fridays and supports any action to improve results.
Ensures proper rotation of all products, stocks Labels, day dots and signs all products as appropriate.
Operation of relevant stations within kitchen and preparation of menu dishes for these stations.
Ensure food quality by following 5 key points of quality + maintaining high levels of cleanliness, rejecting and food that does not meet Friday standards.
On shift cleanliness of entire back of house area and clean as you go.

At Fridays, you will be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification over the course of 15 months.
