Chelmsford, United Kingdom Primary Care Careers Full time

**About the Role**:
The opportunity has arisen for a paramedic to join our new team at Chelmsford City Health Primary Care Network (PCN) serving over 42,000 patients

The post-holder will work across four Chelmsford practices (Baddow Village, Beauchamp House, Stock and Whitley House Surgeries) collectively known as ‘Chelmsford City Health’ Primary Care Network (PCN). The Chelmsford City Health practices are separate practices which have formed a network in order to benefit from shared resources and to be able to offer healthcare services at scale to its population. Two of the practices are dispensing practices and all four are training practices.

This exciting role will help to establish new and innovative ways of working to benefit our patients and help our surgeries deliver high quality, responsive care to our patients.

You will gain a solid grounding in Primary Care, with the support and supervision of your clinical leads, working across a PCN footprint and closely alongside other PCN roles. As a PCN Paramedic you will work as part of a small team to shape and deliver the future care for our patients through a variety of routes.

You will be required to work autonomously in the practice and in the community (home visits), providing a range of services such as assessment, diagnosis, treatment, telephone triage and referring patients appropriately, as well as supporting the management team in the review of clinical policy and procedure.
