**About the Position**

**Contract Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Working Pattern**: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm and Fridays 8:30am to 4:00pm

**Benefits**: Early Finish on Friday’s, Wellness Programme, Life Assurance (3x Annual Salary), On-Site Parking, Company Pension, 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) with 1 extra day of holiday per year of service, up to 33 days, Company Events and a Staff Referral Programme

**Salary**: £26,000

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Diving deep into data analytics to uncover hidden insights that fuel future campaigns.
- Creating compelling content that sparks the imagination and generates engagement.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for growth.
- Supporting our schools in their marketing activity, providing advice and guidance.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with:

- A degree in marketing, or a relevant field.
- Experience working in Marketing.
- Experience using, Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding time management
- A “Can do” attitude

Alpha Schools is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
