We are recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment team in Bristol.

**Your Role**:
As a Recruitment Advisor your day to day remit includes:

- Deliver a high quality end to end recruitment and assessment service to our highly regarded Business Services teams against a set of agreed KPIs (for example direct sourcing, cost and time to hire).
- Develop tailored and appropriate sourcing strategies with a focus on direct approaches to identify key talent for the firm covering both permanent and interim solutions.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers including Business Services senior managers and directors, advising stakeholders on the best recruitment and attraction methods and keep them regularly updated on progress.
- Support and advise the business on appropriate assessment processes, coaching on interview and selection best practice where needed.
- Work with others in Recruitment and HR teams to ensure new hires experience a smooth, seamless on-boarding experience while joining TLT.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- A proven track record recruiting across a wide range of vacancies within a corporate, technical, or business support environment, preferably across multiple sites and disciplines.
- Highly organised, with the ability to plan, manage and deliver the full recruitment life-cycle for multiple vacancies - from taking a brief to on-boarding.
- Experience of working in-house would be advantageous in this role; you must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of working effectively with senior stakeholders and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Some experience of executive search methods would be advantageous for senior management vacancies, as would a basic knowledge of the interim/contractor market and recent IR35 regulatory change
- Be able to demonstrate high performance against KPIs in previous recruitment roles
- Good understanding of relevant employment, data protection, Professional and Regulatory rules, laws or regulations which are relevant to the recruiting of employees to a Legal Firm.

The HR team consists of the HR Business Partners, Reward, Recruitment and Organisational Development, with specialists in Learning and Development, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing and Sustainability. The recruitment team works with the other HR functions to deliver a proactive and efficient HR service across a range of vacancies including Partner, Fee Earner, Legal Support and Business Services on a permanent and interim basis, business services and early careers. The team reports through the Head of Recruitment to the HR Director. Working closely with the relevant HRBP, the post holder will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of vacancies within Business Services.
