Are you looking for a new role within Human Resources?

I am working with a client who is based on the outskirts of Thirsk as they are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

Some duties are listed below:

- Making sure training and staff appraisals are carried out, collated and logged
- Be an active team member on HR or company projects and initiatives where required
- Provide professional and robust first line advice and information to management and employees within the business
- Assist and support managers with investigations and disciplinaries
- Promote and co-ordinate site social, health, safety & wellbeing initiatives
- Arrange occupational health referral appointments and work with third party provider
- Support the co-ordination of the annual health surveillance in conjunction with HSE Advisor and Production Manager
- Work effectively and collaboratively with the wider HR team and the organisation to achieve overall team goals and objectives
- Work with departmental managers and L&D Manager to review training & development requirement and plans for staff
- Making sure training and staff appraisals are carried out, collated and logged

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
