**Responsibilities**:

- Advise customer on the correct part.
- Determine when the correct part is needed.
- Provide customer with an estimate of cost for part and labour.
- Show customer how to install or repair the part.
- Oversee installation or repair of part by outside source.
- Make sure customer is satisfied with his/her purchase.
- Provide advice and assistance to customer over the phone.
- Keep track of inventory.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
