We’re searching for a **Distribution Executive in London or Bristol **to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.

Working as part of the Distribution Team and reporting directly to the Distribution Systems Manager the role is pivotal in maximising online revenue growth via electronic distribution across all edyn managed locations. You will thrive on working with multiple systems, building relationships with third party software/service providers and online booking channel account managers.

The role will include day to day monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting and maximising existing third party and direct channels including but not limited to OTA Extranets, GDS, Vacation Rental channels, or Channel Managers among others.

**A role less ordinary.**
- Point of contact for all technical issues relating to distribution systems/extranets/software across all edyn brands
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues reported
- Expert of channel management software for the edyn properties and owner of process documentation related to its use.
- Identify rate parity issues origin, and ensure those are fixed
- Manage extranet content for OTA’s/VR’s/GDS/Lanyon regarding information displayed on their sites
- Manage new channel set up process working under the guidance of the Distribution Systems Manage
- Troubleshoot GDS rate loading issues and follow up to the point of resolution
- Assist with edyn corporate portal content and rate loading whenever require
- Document all processes in relation to role and keep process documentation up to date with any changes

**Who you are.**

It is essential that the role holder has excellent attention to detail and be able to work calmly in a busy environment. It’s also important to be able to communicate well with multiple stakeholders to coordinate everyone with new launches and changes at all steps of the distribution process. This role would suit a strong team player driven by achieving results and targets, problem solving and commercialising with a desire to help grow and improve the accessibility and reach of all company brands on relevant channels.
- Experience in Serviced Apartments/Aparthotels is preferred
- Experience of working with channel management software is essential
- Experience of working across multiple systems including PMS (preferably MEWS) ,Channel Manger (Siteminder), and GDS ( Synxis ) would be an advantage

**Our natural habitat.**

We believe in working flexibly - this includes flexibility in work location, working days (including weekends and bank holidays in operations) and working hours. This may be ad hoc or permanent flexibility. Ask your recruiting manager or see our careers page for more information.
- This role can be based out of either our London or Bristol offices.
- Our core working hours are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, though this can change depending on business needs.
