Pre-school Practitioner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Practitioner to join our team. As a Preschool practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Duties**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate and challenging activities
- Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide support to a target group of key children
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other staff and professionals to ensure the overall success of the preschool curriculum.
- Manage children's behaviour and encourage positive interactions

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an early childhood education setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire young learners
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Knowledge of nursery rhymes, songs, and age-appropriate educational materials
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Familiarity with childcare regulations and best practices
