**Customer Success Manager**

**Primarily Remote/Occasional Travel to London Office**

**Package of £85,000 with uncapped OTE**

A customer-first approach individual to join the Global Leaders in Cyber Security Solutions as they continue to pioneer cybersecurity innovation.

This role will see you managing an enterprise license agreement with a group of customers, being their post sales advocate supporting the value of the program.

**Some of what you will be doing**:

- Working with the field sales team to ensure the partners have an extensive understanding of the product offering including the Customer Success Program.
- Owning the implementation of projects within the division.
- Reviewing program proposals and suggesting alterations.
- Being the single point of contact for project timelines and resource coordination
- Supplying customers and partners with best practices relevant to project implementation
- Organising both onsite and remote support for customers.
- Daily reporting on the project progress using Jira.

**Ideally, your skills and experience will include**:

- 4+ Years of Experience within a Program Manager or Technical Account Manager role.
- Experience taking ownership of multiple accounts.
- Customer-first focus.
- Background in Cyber Security or Software.

**It would be great if you also had**:

- Experience working Partner or Distributor side within Cyber Security.
- Experience working with Jira.
