**_About the Role_**:
The Office Services Assistant Apprentice role is an important role within our Property Management team. The overall objective is to support our payment desk by completing delegated office duties in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
Core tasks within this role include;
- Inbound and outbound post collection and distribution
- Incoming Post Scanning
- File Opening and Closing (via the Client and Matter Inception process)
- Obtaining and Filing Documents from the Land Registry
- Other Administrative duties to support the fee earners in the team
**_About you_**:
This role would suit an Office Assistant who demonstrates good communication skills and has a keen interest in developing their knowledge in Property Law. You must have GCSE Maths and English Grades 4 - 9. We are looking for someone who is both reliable and professional, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to undertake all types of work delegated to you to ensure office duties are completed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. We want someone who is able to work well as part of a wider team, but also be comfortable working independently.
