**Bodyshop Manager**

**Location**: Bristol

**Basic Salary**:£50,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

**Bonus**: £15K opportunity (£60K+)

**Working Hours**:Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm (Saturdays are if they are required)

**Extras**: Company car allowance / Company Car, Pension, 28 days holiday

We are looking to recruit an experienced **Accident Repair Manager/ Bodyshop Manager** to facilitate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing their team todeliver a quality repair - on time, every time.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities of Accident Repair Manager/ Bodyshop Manager include**:

- Productivity of the workshop and ensuring the site completes the required units
- To be responsible for the overall cost of sale
- Ensuring the quality of repair of all vehicles is at the highest standard
- To deal with any complaints efficiently and ensure we contain them internally
- To ensure culture and ethos is consistently adhered to and understood

**Daily Duties and Responsibilities of Accident Repair Manager/ Bodyshop Manager include**:

- Productivity of workshop
- Maintaining level of quality, including Quality control
- Ensuring that all required documentation including check sheets are completed comprehensively
- Communication with Production Director on constraints to productivity and maintenance
- High levels of housekeeping maintained
- Statutory requirements fulfilled by operators (health and safety, COSHH etc.)
- Insurance company requirements are maintained
- Productivity targets achieved

**Experience and skills of Accident Repair Manager/ Bodyshop Manager include**:

- To have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Body repair of motor vehicles
- Motor manufacturer qualifications and experience.
- Minimal rework
- Quality standards maintained
- Workshop documentation accurate and comprehensive
- Good housekeeping
- Non-productive time kept to a minimum
- Positive assessment by insurance company engineers
