Lettings Administrator

Responsibilities of the Letting Administrator include:
- Dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries
- Organising work orders and maintenance requests
- Attending property viewings
- Carrying out property inspections
**Experience**:
Previous letting or property industry experience required
Previous work experience using Excel, task manager and customer dealings is preferred.
We are looking for someone interested in the property sector who would like to work 3-4 days per week.
Driving license required
Skills required:
- Good organisation
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Excel/task management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week
**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Musselburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- letting (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
