Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Clinical Lead to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) based in Birmingham.

The salary for this permanent Clinical Lead job is £55,000 per annum.

**Duties**:

- Provide their therapy expertise and clinical leadership in conjunction with our Operations team
- Have a strong link with the clinical leads of the other Wellbeing Centres, allow for great clinical support as well as collaborative clinical innovation work

**Requirements of the Clinical Lead**:

- **Relevant qualification**:

- **In addition to your specialist therapeutic competence, you must have excellent organisational and communication skills, and be conscientious with regards to report writing and keeping patient records**:

- **Be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure &**:

- **Barring Service**:

- **A passionate and enthusiastic Clinical Lead**:

- **An experienced clinical leader and clinical with strong evidence based training and knowledge acquired in an acute mental health setting**:

- **Be BABCP Accredited or HCPC Registered Psychologist - those Working Towards Accreditation may also be considered and we welcome a discussion
Be double vaccinated against Covid-19 and to provide evidence of this before you are able to commence employment with us, or provide a valid medical exemption**:

- **Willing to undertake a DBS check**
