We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person for our busy after school club, with a passion for providing fun activities for children of primary school age, both indoors and outdoors, in a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment. Similarly, we are seeking for a confident individual with excellent communication skills to ensure regular and effective communication with parents/carers. This **play worker** position entails collecting children from the school and bringing them back to the Club as well as providing healthy snacks/drinks and various activities. The club is open from 1.45- 5.45 pm Monday -Friday during school term and 4 weeks of the Summer holidays, one week at Easter and October holidays and most In-service days. During holiday clubs we work on a shift rota, from full days to half days.

Annual holiday entitlement is 34 days.

Childcare qualification is desirable or willingness to work towards an SVQ or HNC in Childhood practice.

This post will require a PVG check.
