**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent, 24 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

**About the role**:
The School Liaison Lead will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with schools, promoting the College's courses and programmes to prospective students, and supporting the transition of students from school to further education. This position involves coordinating outreach activities, representing the College at events, and working closely with school staff, students, and parents to provide information and guidance about the opportunities available at City of Portsmouth College.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local schools, acting as the primary point of contact for school liaisons.
- Organise and deliver presentations, workshops, and events to promote the College and its programmes to prospective students and their families.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of school visits, open days, and other outreach activities.
- Work collaboratively with academic departments and support services to ensure prospective students receive accurate and comprehensive information.
- Track and analyse outreach activities and their impact on student enrolment and engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to students during their transition from school to college, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Contribute to the development of promotional materials and campaigns aimed at school audiences.
**To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you**:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant area.
- Experience in an educational liaison, outreach, or similar role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to promoting education and student success.
