Looking for a new opportunity in education? A wonderful primary school in Marlow is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant to join their team, providing support across both KS1 and KS2.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons to pupils
- Helping pupils to achieve their full potential through one-to-one and small group support
- Encouraging positive behaviour management strategies within the classroom
- Preparing classroom resources and assisting with administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant across both KS1 and KS2 is essential
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents
- Good knowledge of the primary curriculum and a passion for supporting children's learning
- DBS check or willingness to undergo one
