We are delighted to be able to offer a new opportunity in our team for a Interior Design & Construction Office Assistant in Crawley/Horsham. We are a interior design and build firm, creating beautifully designed spaces for our clients.

Role: Interior Design & Construction Office Assistant
Location: West Sussex (Crawley / Horsham)
Contract type: Part Time / Flexi Working between the hours of 8am - 5pm / Min of 10 hours a week and Max 20 hours a week.

**The role**:
We are looking for a part-time office assistant to join our office based in Crawley/Horsham. You’ll be working alongside a small team including the two company directors, but will also need to work on your own as required.

You will be a part of day to day running of the office, dealing with customer enquiries and bookings, quotes, project planning plus assisting on a range of other duties. It is essential that you have excellent administration and communication skills, as you will also be building relationships with our clients and suppliers.

As a small business, working to multiple deadlines will be imperative to ensure our clients have the best experience and you will be expected to take ownership of various projects. A creative mind is also a distinct advantage and if you’re keen to come up with new ideas then we will help and support you in this.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent office administration and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, dealing with clients.
- A keen eye for interior design or willing to learn.

**Additional Roles**
- Assist with project management.
- Assist with design meeting prep.
- Assist with social media campaigns.
- Assist with the development of new areas of the business

**Distinct Advantage**
- Interior Design diploma/course/experience
- Experience using Sketch Up, Photoshop or In Design.
- Good photography skills

We are looking for someone 10 - 20 hours a week Mon - Friday between 8am - 5pm.
