Support Administrator

**Job Title**:Estates Support Administrator
**Location**: Milton Keynes
You will be responsible for supporting the Estates Department Fire, Health & Safety and Facility Administration. Working with the Group Fire Health & Safety Managers to monitor and review compliance to statutory requirements throughout the Group’s Estates and it’s under takings.
**Key Responsibilities of an Estates Support Administrator**
- The administering of all planned preventative maintenance including Asbestos Management, Electrical Safety, Gas Safety and Fire Safety.
- Issuing instructions to contractors, monitoring progress of works in close communication with the maintenance helpdesk, premises manager and contractors, ensuring works are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Checking invoices and processing for payment, including addressing invoice queries with contractors and suppliers.
- Collating, monitoring and reviewing contractor information and documentation including the monitor and reviewing the pre-qualification of all maintenance contractors.
- Collating, monitoring and reviewing CDM information for fit out & refurbishment projects, and other works.
- Assist the Group Premises Maintenance Manager and the Helpdesk with Fire Health & Safety / Facility Management.
- ‘Hands on’ Facilities support at head office locations, assisting with Fire alarm tests / Emergency light test, etc.
***Skills and Experience of an Estates Support Administrator**:
- Experience in a construction / property environment preferred but not essential.
- Good communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work on own initiative.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to travel for Meetings and Training requirements.
