**Key Responsibilities**:
Deliver RYA training courses including dinghy sailing, powerboating, windsurfing, and more, to individuals and groups of varying ages and abilities.

Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Instructors and other members of the instructional team.

Ensure all training activities adhere to RYA guidelines and safety standards, maintaining a safe and enjoyable learning environment for participants.

Assist with the planning and organization of water sports events, regattas, and other activities hosted by WWAC

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of instructional programs and course materials.

**Requirements**:
RYA Senior Instructor qualification or equivalent certification.

Extensive experience in delivering RYA training courses across multiple disciplines.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire both students and colleagues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and adaptable approach to instruction, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
