**VANRATH **are partnering with one of the leading manufacturers in the UK, they are experiencing large company expansion.

They require an HR Generalist to join their team to cover a period of Maternity Leave spanning 9-12 months.

The HR Advisor will partner with line managers to develop and deliver key HR objectives, provide support to the site management team in relation to all aspects of HR including; carrying out disciplinaries and grievances, end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding of new employees, managing employee training requirements, monitor and manage employee absenteeism& processing weekly and monthly payroll.

**About you**:

- HR Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment
- Experience of interview management
- SAGE Payroll experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
