**Job Title**:PA**

**Location: Tadworth, Surrey (Hybrid 1-2 days per week in office, remainder from home)**

**Salary: £15-£18 per hour, dependent upon experience**

**Part Time: 18.75 hours over 3-4 days**

**Initial 3-month contract, possibility to be extended**

The successful applicant will be comfortable working in a fast moving and dynamic environment and will be highly organised with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise their workload. It is essential that they are able to work effectively with seniorleaders and their teams, as well as end users.

**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities will include general administration such as:

- Co-ordinating travel arrangements
- Processing expenses
- Coordination and support of some administrative activities (E.g., creating central documents, collating information etc)
- Some diary management support, E.g., arranging larger internal meetings
- Using SAP for Purchase orders, stationery, and IT orders
- SharePoint/Teams - helping set up new sites and updating existing sites
- Workday - potentially some support based on skills
