Marks Sattin Executive Search are delighted to be working with an Investor-backed Technology business in their search for a Chief Financial Officer. The business is anticipating rapid growth from the commercialisation of their innovative B2C SaaS platformand is searching for an entrepreneurial CFO who can design and implement a strategy to maximise this growth.

This hands-on role will require an analytical and metrics-driven individual who can work effectively with the CEO and board to improve the financial output of the business as it undergoes a new and exciting stage of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CFO looking to create value in an important, fast-paced and niche industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a commercialisation strategy for the business
- Develop board reporting metrics (including KPIs), set ambitious benchmarks and analyse performance metrics to optimise business performance
- Understand and build upon the commercial agreements and stakeholder relationships that are currently in place
- Synthesise different reports for various purposes, including for investors and internal stakeholders, to ensure focused collaboration and business improvement
- A qualified accountant.
- Experienced CFO in a Technology (SaaS) business, ideally VC/PE Backed
- Strong FP&A skillset to develop and lead the business
- Previous experience overseeing a subscription-based model with ARR metrics
- Strategically minded with experience delivering growth
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and team building skills, capable of both relaying a strategy to a board and mobilising a team to carry it out efficiently
- Highly analytical and technically strong with attention to detail
