F22 is a 21 bedded Clinical Nutrition Unit, looking after patients with Intestinal Failure. Following a recent successful bid to become the regional Severe Intestinal Failure Unit we are expanding our Nursing team.

Main duties of the job

Whilst previous experience of caring for complex patients would be advantageous, we are also interested in hearing from exceptional individuals without this experience. We want to hear from people with a special talent for caring and compassion to help our patients feel valued and cared for and at all times to treat them with dignity and respect.

Communication and relationship skills

Essential criteria
- Demonstrate clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good telephone skills Ability to pass on information accurately

Training & Qualifications

Essential criteria
- Good basic level of secondary school education

Desirable criteria
- NVQ / QCF 2 in Healthcare ECDL

Experience

Essential criteria
- Previous experience in dealing with customers, patients or clients in a work environment

Desirable criteria
- Previous experience in a health or social care setting

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
