Are you looking for a rewarding new challenge?Bracknell Enhanced Intermediate Care Service (EICS) is looking for an experienced Multi Therapist Assistant to work as part of the multidisciplinary team.We are looking for individuals with recent relevant community clinical experience who have a passion for working in the Community, supporting people to remain in their own homes and live as independently as they can.This post will suit a dynamic and flexible Individual who enjoys working as part of a strong Multidisciplinary Team to ensure quality standards are met for the people we support.The post-holder will work alongside the EICS therapy team to help people achieve their SMART goals and willbe responsible foran agreed specific caseload. The post holder will support students, Support workers, people receiving Intermediate Care, their relatives and/or carers. The role will involve lone working with supervision from the team members.

Be able to work without supervision but under the direction of a qualified member.

Work flexibly in response to service need across the Therapy Team.

Run community-based Falls Group in a community setting.

To have the ability to use equipment competently and safely once training has been received.

To support Students and ICS Support workers.

To contribute and participate in professional development meetings

**The 4 “must haves” for you to be considered for this role**:
NVQ 3 or equivalent

Recent relevant clinical experience in the community.

Car driver with ability and readiness to travel to multiple sites

Computer skills

Salary ranging from £25,146- £27,596 per annum

Annual leave - 27 days for new starters, plus bank holidays. Increasing to 29 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years NHS service. Pro rata for part time staff
