**Do you have a broad food knowledge and excellent customer service skills?**
We are seeking to appoint a seasonal, enthusiastic and friendly dining room supervisor for our busy catering operation. We offer a wide variety of high-quality homemade meals to our residential school and youth visitors. Our site is open all year, the menu changes seasonally with locally sourced or home-made products. Our centre promotes healthy lifestyles and activity, and the menus reflect that ethos.

**Your Duties will include**:

- Warmly greeting all customers to our food outlets ,
- Having full knowledge of food allergies and ensuring Adventures receive the correct food for their allergies.
- Supervising meal services in our dining rooms with excellent customer service skills to residents, and staff, serving where needed.
- Light food preparation.
- Supervision with washing up and clearing after each meal service.
- General cleaning duties to maintain our 5-star food hygiene rating.
- Adaptable to switch between all our busy outlets on site when we have no residents.
- General assistance to the Food and Beverage manager.
- Working in a high energy environment with an enthusiastic team.
- Being part of the whole Stubbers team delivering an excellent customer experience.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Essential**:

- Excellent team working skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Smartly presented.
- Food Allergy knowledge.

**Desirable**:

- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- Level 2 or above food hygiene certificate.
- Experience of computer based till systems.
- Experience working within catering industry
