Mixologist/bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your bartending skills and create unique and delicious cocktails. **Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Create new cocktail recipes and experiment with different ingredients
- Stay updated on current industry trends and techniques in mixology
- Handle cash transactions accurately

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
- Proficient in bartending techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for guests

Pay: £6.70-£40.56 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
