**Job Title: General Office and HR Administrator**

**Salary**: £20k - £25k (depending on experience)

**Location**: Bolton

I am working with an exciting business located in Bolton who are looking for an Administrator to join their HR team - this role would suit someone who is looking for their first step in their HR career with previous Office administration experience.

**More about the role**
- Answering the phones, operating the switchboard, and managing visitors on reception.
- Supporting administrative work across the business as and when required.
- Working cooperatively with the Head of HR.
- Ensuring induction and onboarding is carried out correctly and in line with company policy.
- All areas of HR administration.
- All areas of general office and facilities administration.
- Absence tracking and keeping employee records up to date on the relevant HR system.
- Supporting project work as and when required.
