Dessert Bar Supervisor

Working in our new Dessert Bar (Tubbees) based in one of our newly refitted Stores you will be part of a new team who will ensure the highest quality of products and ensure the best customer experience from the outset and throughout.

Full training will be provided and will be carried out between our new Coatbridge and St James RD, Glasgow stores.

We are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring our customers shopping needs are exceeded and building lasting relationships. Our ultimate goal is to always ensure our customers are provided with a world class shopping experience and continue to grow at an exceptional rate.

**The role involves**:

- _Ensuring the team provides excellent customer service at all times_
- Assisting the manager in maintaining and managing front and back of house_
- _Securing and exceeding store sales_
- _Training and developing the team_
- _Scheduling according to operational needs_
- _Building strong customer relationships to continue growth_
- _Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times_
