As a Relief Security Officer at HSG, you'll ensure the safety of our customers, staff, their buildings, and assets. To provide the highest standards of customer service and professionalism always.

**Times of work**

This role is to cover holidays and sickness, with varying hours each week, covering shifts Monday -Sunday. This offers the flexibility for you to work shifts that work around your other commitments.

**Salary**

£11.44 hourly rate

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Relief Security Officer, you will be required to:

- Maintain the security of the site
- Carry out foot patrols and if required locking and unlocking of buildings
- Follow and maintain site specific assignment instructions
- Work with our client to actively deter theft and manage conflicts
- Act as a first point of contact for security issues and incidents
- Conduct daily occurrence reports and incident reports
- Be proactive in reporting any faults with the client’s equipment

**Requirements**:

- Hold an SIA Licence (door supervisor or security guard)
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Experience in security work
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage conflict is preferred, but not essential
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to lone work
- A driving licence is preferred
