**Essentials**:

- RICS qualified and able to calculate land valuations in accordance with RICS best practice.
- Experience of the land and property disposal process
- Commercial property experience

**Job Role**:

- The Disposal Surveyor will work with and support the Development and Disposals Surveyor to identify development and disposals opportunities.
- The Disposals surveyor will contribute to tracking information and reports as required to ensure that colleagues are fully briefed of progress with projects, timelines, and delivery dates.
