Do you have green fingers? Or are looking to learn more the impact nature and being outdoors can have on the people we support? We are always looking for people to support our locations with a number of things on site. Ultimately your will be supporting people to connect to their outdoor living spaces.

**Duties may include**:

- Discussing with the people we support what they would like to grow
- Weeding, preparing the soil for sowing and keeping the site weed free
- Suggesting new ideas and involving the adults in the long-term planning and development of the site.
- Supporting people to engage with nature and enjoy their living space
- Trimming hedges to keep paths wheelchair accessible
- Any other odd jobs where willing

**We are looking for people**:

- With a passion to help others.
- Interested in gardening
- Who are empathetic, patient and reliable.
