**Clubs Coordinator & Customer service advisor**

Niche online group has 3 major businesses; 1. ProSwimwear, who is the World’s largest online retailer of competitive and training swimwear, accessories, and open water/triathlon wetsuits. 2. ProGymwear, a new venture with the intention to build to the same level as ProSwimwear. And 3. Teddybearland, which is an exclusive retailer of collectable teddy bears.

**Job Overview**

You will be responsible for our Swimming clubs area of the business:
There are over 1500 UK ASA Swim clubs as well as Triathlon and Open Water Clubs.

You will continue to develop our existing swim club accounts and sign up new accounts; there are currently approximately 600 active swim club, With many more accounts to develop in the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for signing up clubs for our affiliate program, our direct club purchasing scheme, and put together quotes for custom kit and custom swimwear.

**Required skills**
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
- Have impeccable attention to detail.
- Be confident with and capable of using multiple IT systems, concurrently.
- Be someone who works well within a team, both with and without supervision.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Being the sole point of contact for our swim club customers and website customers. A positive can-do attitude, excellent care giving and outstanding attention to detail are all must-have qualities - our customers are at the heart of everything we do
- Making/building relationships with new and existing swim clubs
- Creating quotes for custom swim caps, apparel (track suits, shorts etc), and swimwear.
- Handling customer enquiries promptly, professionally and in line with company procedures.
- Dealing with issues that arise, ensuring we resolve them as quickly as possible, whilst keeping customers continually updated.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Inspecting and processing customer returns. This may include the cleaning and repackaging of returned items.
- Working closely with the customer service team.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Experience in Sales development.
- Good customer service skills
- A strong communicator who is able to build strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent team member willing to work with colleagues in all departments.
- Self motivated with a positive outlook in order to work autonomously.
- Attention to detail.
- Fully computer literate.
- Good time management skills.
