Looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an Administrator to join a busy construction company based in Stamford with a generous suite of Employee Benefits working 8-5 Monday to Friday.

As Administrator you will be to proactively supporting the Insurance Team within the business.

The duties of the Administrator will include:

- Collecting accurate information and documentation before proceeding to book repairs in
- Contacting trades people from a network of professionals and arranging for them to make repairs as appropriate, along with the administration of supplier/sub-contractor Purchase Orders and invoices
- Support the Contract Managers and Surveyors as required with tasks such as diary management and organisation.
- Monitoring the progress of the claim and keeping the policyholder/client/client systems updated while efficiently and effectively handling enquiries or complaints associated with a claim

The right Administrator will need:

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills and Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and a proven ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills with good communication skills and a confident disposition when dealing with people in difficult circumstances
