**Purple Giraffe Recruitment are looking for Servers and experienced Bar Staff for a fabulous privately owned Country Club & Hotel in Bishopton, Renfewshire.**

This is for a very special event, and we are looking for 8 waiting staff and also 5 experienced bar staff to work as part of a very driven, professional and highly motivated team.

This will be a very busy day, and the shift on offer will be from 1pm - 6pm (approx times).

The venue is stunning, and promises to be a great and very exciting shift.

You will need to have a white shirt/blouse, black trousers and black shoes for the event. You will be provided with a name badge and tie.

Examples of what you can expect:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Requirements'''
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to help out in other areas of the restaurant as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest services
- Upselling skills to promote additional menu items or specials
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Culinary knowledge is a plus but not required
