We have a new and exciting role within our Digital Products and Services (DPS) function where we are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative developer to support the continued growth and development of our flagship products. You will be joining a multi-disciplinaryagile team of developers, data scientists and architects with a proven track record of delivering digital solutions for the water and environmental asset management sectors.

This role will require good knowledge of Angular 2 and user interface design principles with good problem-solving skills to productise ideas into real time analytical services and products. You will access our fully supported secure development environment,where we use a tech stack primarily consisting of Angular 2 and.NET Core with Azure Cloud environment to create and deploy business-critical digital solutions and analytical data products.

The role will support the development of digital solutions to water and environmental challenges. You will use your skills to help our clients to meet their environmental responsibilities and commitments to reduce carbon emissions, tackle water scarcityand pollution problems. Digital solutions are at the core of our clients’ strategies. Some of these products are required to bring efficiency to the construction of new asset infrastructure. Other products improve real time operational decision-making, butall of these products and services are fundamental to the delivery of safe, clean water and a better environment. Our role is to support our clients in making digital solutions a practical reality. The success of our clients depends on our ability to exploitthe latest digital technologies, creating solutions that are secure, resilient, and also usable.

**About You**
- Degree or equivalent in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in developing with Angular 2 in a commercial environment.
- Experienced in writing unit tests.
- Knowledge of TDD.
- Proven ability to work as part of a digital service development team, working with platform development / software engineers.
- Willing to actively learn and grow within the team.
- Resilient to the challenges of digital service development
- Proactive positive attitude with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities and disciplines
- You will have a high level of competency in the fundamentals of Angular 2 and NgRx.
- You be proficient at working in an Agile environment and be competent in DevOps, i.e. Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps etc.
- A high level of challenge and questioning ability
