- You must be an experienced Nursery nurse or Nursery Practitioner, confident and eager to lead others, ready to embark in your next step of your career._
- Lead the team of early years educators/ Nursery Nurses/ Nursery Practitioners with a hands on approach
- Model and monitor best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Work closely with your team to create a shared vision of your room
- Supervise, support, and allocate tasks and duties to your team of Nursery Practitioners
- Support with new starter inductions, welcoming them to the team
- Performance management when required through supervisions and one to one meeting’s
- Deputise in the absence of Senior Management
