**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process sales quotations and provide accurate pricing information for customers.
- Create internal documentation packs and files.
- Processing orders from customers through internal systems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Use internal systems to log and record all sales and stock control actions.
- Act as first point of contact for enquiries and manage the online platform inbox for customer communications which come via their website.
- Coordinate and maintain internal sales and production records.
- Supporting the Supply Chain Manager with organising deliveries, buying/ordering of internal supplies.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Previous office administration experience is essential.
- Experience working within a Sales, Production or Purchasing Administration role within an engineering or manufacturing style business is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Hardworking with flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks as and when required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An interest in vehicles or the automotive industry is a bonus
