An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic **Showroom Host** at SLM Group Toyota Norwich
- **Location**: SLM Group Toyota Norwich
- **Role**: Showroom Host
- **Length**: Part Time

The showroom host is the first of point of contact as visitors enter the dealership. The role involves assisting customers and identifying their needs. As such, we are looking for someone who is friendly, confident and has great people skills.

Alternatively, we are looking to find a host on a fixed term contract for Monday 8am to 6pm.

**Key Job Areas of the Showroom Host role**:

- Greet visitors on arrival
- Build rapport and understand customers’ needs
- Provide refreshments for visitors
- Introduce colleagues to provide further information and progress the sale
- Maintain the showroom environment
- Manage the display and sales of Toyota merchandise

**What we're looking for in a Parts Advisor**:

- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
- Polite, calm and approachable personality
- Excellent telephone manner
- Flexible ‘can do’ attitude
