**The Role**:
I am seeking an experienced Behavior Mentor to support children aged between 16 and 25 with complex needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN).

As a Behavior Mentor, you will work closely with children with challenging behaviors and provide them with the necessary guidance and support to achieve their personal and educational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build positive relationships with the young people you support, and establish a trusting environment.
- Develop and implement behaviour management plans to address challenging behaviour.
- Provide individual and group support to children and young people, addressing their social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver tailored support plans that meet the specific needs of each child.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs and SEN.
- A sound understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work Tuesday - Friday.
- Enhanced DBS ideally on the update service.
