Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Are you a graduate, proficient in English, looking to kick-start your career in recruitment and sales?
Would you like to work in a face paced environment where the more you put in, the more you get out?
After a successful first year, we are now looking to expand the team by adding additional consultants to cover the West Midlands (Sandwell, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Coventry and Warwickshire).
The Graduate Network are a recruitment consultancy, specialising in:

- Graduates into support roles prior to teacher training- Early Careers Teachers into their first permanent role- Experienced teachers and senior leaders moving from one permanent role to another- Training opportunities which upskill education professionals- Trainee Recruitment Consultant- £22,000 - £25,000 basic + uncapped commission- Permanent opportunity with formal CPD and training- Offices located near five-ways - Hagley Road- No day to day requirements, purely long-term and permanent recruitmentIdeally looking for a recruiter but happy to consider a teacher looking for a change of direction but who is still keen to work with schools. **About the course**

The Apprenticeship is made up of:

Functional skills English and Math’s - If the leaner does not have a GCSE C grade or equivalent in English and Math’s they will need to complete the functional skills course, they will work with a qualified Tutor to help gain the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to Pass the exams and gain a level 2 Functional skills qualification in English and / or Math’s.
