**Salary**: Foundation Living Wage - £20,592 per annum

Hi, I’m Faye HR & People Business Partner and I am now looking for a new addition to the team, to work alongside myself and Damon and the wider HR & People team, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in an area that is at heart of our organization. This role will give you the opportunity to support our business in a wide variety of activities across the people spectrum. Your contribution will really make a difference and help take the company to the next level. You will assist across the full employee life cycle, including:

- New Joiner Administration including induction planning
- Screening CVs and junior level interviewing
- Own projects and managing workflow in the shared service inbox
- Performance Management Co-ordination
- Learning about employment law
- 1st line of support
- Sending out offer letters, contracts and attending pre on boarding meetings with new colleagues

**You will need to**
- 3 A Levels Grade A-D
- Be able to prioritise your workload
- A great team worker and happy to work independently
- Be highly organised and have an excellent attention to detail
- A great communicator - verbal and written
- Dynamic, committed and hard working
