Senior Resourcing

A local housing association in Nottingham is looking for a **Senior Resourcing & Reward Manager** to join their team.You will work closely with the Organisational Development Manager to create and deliver recruitment and workforce planning strategiesthat attract talent, promote internal development through the organisation and support managers to deliver excellent services.

**£46,662 - £49,703 per annum**
**Main Duties and responsibilities**:

- Promote the housing association as a great place to work advising on all matters relating to resourcing, benefits, job evaluation (JE) and workforce planning, ensuring the Company has the right people in place to provide a first class service to customers.
- Promotes employability across all services, supporting the development of employment initiatives for residents where the opportunity arises.
- Responsible for team planning, organisation and performance managing their team within the company's culture and values.
- Prepare, interpret and present complex reports to senior management and the board.
- Internal resourcing
- Management of company structure and establishment
- Experience of working with payroll
- Involvement in pension contract management would be a positive
- Experience of internal and/or agency recruitment
- Experience of managing a team
- Knowledge and experience of job evaluation would be desirable
- Experience and knowledge of managing employee benefits packages
