Completing repair tasks to a high standard at a reasonable pace without compromising on quality, ordering parts from suppliers and having a independent working mentality.

Have _**expert knowledge of road & gravel bikes**_ with a mechanics qualification or extensive bicycle workshop experience. The ability to deal with customers in a professional manner and be able to work independently and think on their feet.
