PLABABLE ASPIRE LIMITED is currently seeking experienced and dedicated PLAB Tutors to join our team. If you are a medical graduate with a passion for teaching, particularly in the context of preparing overseas doctors for the Professional and Linguistic Assessment Board (PLAB) test conducted by the General Medical Council (GMC) in the UK, we encourage you to apply.

**Salary**: £26,000 to £28,000 per year

**Responsibilities**:
Teaching PLAB Test Preparation Courses:

- Deliver high-quality instruction and guidance to overseas doctors aspiring to pass the PLAB test.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to help students excel in their PLAB exams.
- Cover various aspects of PLAB testing, including both PLAB 1 and PLAB 2, and assist students in understanding the exam format and content.

Individual and Group Instruction:

- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students to address their specific needs and challenges.
- Lead group sessions to foster a collaborative learning environment and encourage peer interaction.

Clinical Examination Skills Training:

- Provide instruction and hands-on training in clinical examination skills required for the PLAB test.
- Help students develop proficiency in clinical communication, history-taking, and clinical examination techniques.

Study Guidance and Support:

- Offer guidance on effective study practices, time management, and exam preparation strategies.
- Provide resources and materials to aid in PLAB test preparation.

Monitoring and Assessment:

- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, mock exams, and performance evaluations.
- Offer constructive feedback to students to help them improve their knowledge and skills.

Motivation and Mentorship:

- Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
- Serve as a mentor and source of support for students, addressing their academic and emotional needs.

Qualifications:

- Medical graduate (preferably International Medical Graduate) with a strong academic background.
- Previous experience in teaching medical graduates or trainee doctors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the PLAB test format and content. Knowledge about the differences in medical education in different countries is a huge boost.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their medical careers.
