On offer in a great opportunity for a Senior IT Engineer to take a lead role in a growing team with 30+ IT professionals in an office full of approachable, knowledgeable IT specialists
In this role, the successful Senior IT Engineer will work alongside a dynamic team to deliver a timely, professional, and friendly service. Your tasks will vary from supporting Microsoft Networks and Microsoft Cloud Services and include both technical supportand project work covering an interesting and wide-ranging list of products and services.
This role would suit an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer, looking to take a lead role within a highly reputable Managed Service Provider.
**The Role**:
- Supporting Microsoft Networks and Microsoft Cloud Services
- Technical support and project work covering an interesting and wide-ranging list of products and services.
**The Person**:
- Experience working with Firewalls and TCP/IP Networking
- Switching and WiFi knowledge. Other valuable skills include IP Telephony / SIP / 3CX / Microsoft Teams - Direct Routing
- Microsoft Server Operating Systems & Windows Desktop
