**Ultimo Electronics Limited are currently seeking a Device Repair Supervisor to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.**

As part of supervising the repairs team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the department, being the first point of contact for all repair related queries and liaising with management over potential issues as well as supporting in finding solutions.

You will need to have a well-rounded knowledge of repairing all types of handheld devices including mobile phones, smart watches, tablets, and laptops. A working knowledge of soldering would be advantageous and prior experience of screen refurbishment would also be beneficial.

**The role at Ultimo Electronics would include.**
- Performing good quality repairs on all types of devices
- Performing quality inspections on the repairs completed by the repairs team.
- Set repairs specific workloads, including specific units for repair.
- Be the first point of contact for the repair team, helping answer questions, solve problems.
- Train new repair technicians, including apprentices.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
- Review daily files and use them to organise the day appropriately.
- Participate in operational catch ups and provide feedback to management.
- Raise UK based PO’s for orders for smaller parts deliveries.
- Monitor the repair stock balance and ensure KPI’s are being met.
- Report back to the operations manager with issues and be able to provide appropriate solutions.
- Organise wholesales from the perspective of repairs.
- Manage repair parts stocktakes.
- Provide monthly sign off on all repair’s apparatus.
- Utilising the software use to its full potential
- Enforce all health and safety requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
