Our company is looking for a skilled Meat Trimmer to join our team in Sawley, United Kingdom. As a Meat Trimmer, you will be responsible for preparing and trimming meat products to ensure they are of the highest quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Trim and prepare meat products such as beef, pork, and lamb
- Ensure all meat products are trimmed to company standards
- Use knives and other cutting equipment to trim meat products
- Weigh and package meat products for sale
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Meet production targets and deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate English level
- At least 2 years of experience in meat trimming
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of cutting techniques
- Knowledge of meat quality standards and grading
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
